Who I am

I'm 34, live in Vienna and have worked as a financial life coach for five years. I'm open about the fact that I was once deep in money trouble myself – in debt, stressed and without a plan. Today I help others find their way out, because I know how it feels when your account is constantly in the red.

On Lifecoach-Laura.at I write about what I've learned myself: how to get out of money trouble, how a healthy money mindset actually develops, and how to build wealth in the long run without losing yourself along the way. Just as important to me are the questions many people have but hardly anyone says out loud.

How it all began

After university I had a well-paid job – and still constant money worries, because I had never learned how to handle money. The turning point came when a mentor showed me that it isn't about earning more, but about having the right attitude towards money. I started to really understand my budget, set up my first savings plans and talk about finances openly instead of pushing them aside.

Those experiences shaped me. I want to pass them on, because back then I would have loved to have someone explain honestly how you really get out of money trouble.
